Stay 02:49
Oh, I believe you When you say what to do It's kind of a secret of mine and I try to obey When you teach me to play These games that are stuck in my mind And i'm hoping that you ask me to stay and i'm hoping that you ask me to stay I'll get down on my knees if you need me to beg oh i'm hoping that you ask me to stay I play the fool cause it's easy to do it's always a pleasure of mine and when you push me away it's a dismal display of these games that you play with my mind And i'm hoping that you ask me to stay and i'm hoping that you ask me to stay I'll get down on my knees if you need me to beg oh i'm hoping that you ask me to stay So Hold me close till we see the light and we'll stumble up to the roof from there we'll kiss the night good bye while we sober up to the truth That you and i are intertwined for better or for worse oh this could be a blessing or just another bloody curse what do you choose And i'm hoping that you ask me to stay and i'm hoping that you ask me to stay I'll get down on my knees if you need me to beg oh i'm hoping that you ask me to stay I'm hoping that you ask me to stay I'm hoping that you ask me to stay I'm hoping that you ask me to stay I'm hoping that you ask me to stay

Passing drinks and passing time shoot a smile show that i'm fine but still this heart is blue with all that we've been through I know that this looks like fun to you with all the things that i have to do but i'd rather be there with you Shifting scenes and shifty minds rubbing shoulders and brushing thighs but i promise that i'll be true I could never do that to you I know that this looks like fun to you with all the things that you hear i do but i'd rather be there with you Will you tell me how far can this go will you tell me if it's the end of the road Passing Drink And Passing Time Rubbing shoulder and brushing thighs but i promise that i'll be true I could never do that to you I know that this looks like fun to you with all the things that you hear i do But i'd rather be there with you will you tell me how far can this go will you tell me if it's the end of the road passing drinks and passing time rubbing shoulders and brushing thighs I know that this looks like fun to you with all the things that you hear i do I know that this should frighten you with everything that we have to lose but i'd rather be there with you but i'd rather be there with you but i'd rather be there with you

Walls 03:46
These walls are not my prison when i lock the door by choice but these walls are not a sanctuary when all i hear is my own voice I go through the door as a free man can but in your walls i can't be who i am This life is not my prison when i can't ignore the truth that this life aint no paradise when it bears all it's fruit to you i go through this life as best as i can but you can't get much without a helping hand And so you say to me with such a delicate stare focus on getting what you want and then maybe i will care but what if that thing i want is to give you what you need how much should i want you if you need me to beg and plead oh i won't live on my knees so find someone else to tease this body is not my prison when the wasteland is all around bu this body is not a play ground open to the whole town i go through the motions as anyone would i try to move forward but it's doing no good And so you say to me with such a delicate stare focus on getting what you want and then maybe i will care but what if that thing i want is to give you what you need how much should i want you if you need me to beg and plead oh i won't live on my knees so find someone else to tease Oh i am not a prisoner but you make me feel that way and if i weren't such a fool I'd have no reason to stay I go to escape and be my own man but i can't get away without you pulling me in I go to escape and be my own man but i can't get away without you pulling me in

Seventeen 03:57
When i was seventeen i was so self assured, to call me naive would be too kind The things i said and did must have seemed so cruel, but i wasn't in my right mind oh tel me have i really changed when i was seventeen there was hope in my eyes, so what dimmed the light for all the pain i felt i'd do it all again, but there's no turning time oh, this empty glossy stare always there is some one there to say to you you are lucky you have got your health the last thing that i want to hear is i'll live long in this hell oh well when i was seventeen i had yet to know this shame, but i still indulge in pride for all the teachers there to push your ego down boy, it's still your job to try and i feel so unprepared when i was seventeen there was hope in my eyes, so what dimmed the light for all the pain i felt i'd do it all again, but there's no turning time oh, this empty glossy stare always there is someone there to say to you you are lucky you have got your health the last thing that i want to hear is i'll live long in this hell oh well WHEN I WAS SEVENTEEN I HAD KNOWN NO FEAR NO LONGER SEVENTEEN GET IN LINE OR CLEAR

Secret 04:18
I see you sitting all alone suffering all that they have done i know how hard it for you to bear and you've seen the thorns that i will always wear so take my hand and the sun will shine on you the warmth you feel is the pain you have to lose so don't you run-run-run, run so far far away don't you run-run-run, run so far far from me I see you crying in the dark all alone, save but one thought the world you made is breaking around you there was no other life for you to choose so take my hand and maybe you'll be free do you think you can teach blind men to see so don't you run-run-run, run so far far away don't you run-run-run, run so far far from me
